Moving screen - what have I done ?

I have got a problem with my netbook, basically the screen moves

I've no idea what started this happening either, if you move the cursor to the extremities of the screen it is like you are dragging the screen around up, down, left, right, any idea what I need to do to stop this occuring as it is seriously annoying me now, never seen this before.

I though maybe some kind of wallpaper issue? although the one I have has been fine for the last 6 months....

Is it your screen resolution? Dunno what OS you've got, but on XP try going into "Display" on the Control Panel (or right click on the Desktop and select "Properties"), and see what you've go set on the Settings tab - try lowering the screen resolution.

Cheers I'll give that a go, what's the optimum setting ? it's 10" netbook running Windows XP.
